If I could give 0 stars I would , the girl with the long brown/black hair is the worst. She wasn’t able to do what I asked for. If I knew this place was as horrible I wouldn’t have gone to get my hair dyed there. She was also very rude. It was until I went back to let her know I didn’t like my hair was when she was being nice. Waste of MONEY AND TIME. I believe her name was Joana or something like that.

Went in on a whim to get my hair trimmed, and was told that it would be about 15 mins. I sat there for 35 minutes… The lady who was supposed to cut my hair avoided me, wouldn’t make eye contact, and then left without saying anything. I sarcastically asked the other lady if it was going to end up being more like an hour, and she just laughed and said “Oh, i’m sorry, I guess she left..”
