This had to be the worst haircut ever. My hair looked better before the cut. Not only that the back of my shirt was soaked. She got the hairdryer out I thought to dry my hair then to texturize but no. Just a couple passes with the hair dryer a few tasseling of the hair told me it looked cute and with some mouse be great then proceeded to the register. My hair and shirt are soaked I had to grab a few things in the store and left with soaked hair and shirt and the temps in the 50’s. Needless to say got chilled and several hours later still chilled. My hair was washed no conditioner and no product applied. In the past you received a shampoo, conditioner and product for less than what I paid today. Whoever purchased this franchise should be ashamed of the corners they’ve cut. Not only am I out what I paid today but the cost to get this mess fixed. I do not recommend anybody going to this place obviously the new owners do not care!

Just tried to get my daughter’s hair done at this place. Cut and color. Not that big of a deal, but he acted like it was. We ended up leaving when he said with an, attitude they don’t have a certain color. Even if they didn’t have that color, I would’ve had him at least do her cut, but he acted like it was a huge problem. Not going there again.

Critical: QualityGot a haircut last Friday. It was terrible. I asked for little to be taken off of my length and long layers. Melanie cut almost 4 inches off with a razor cut but left a very thin amount at the bottom, making it look like a mullet. The layers were very choppy and not at all what I asked for. I went somewhere else to have it fixed. think she was trying to rush me out due to it being close to her closing time. I would never go back here and let her touch my hair.
