The beauty operater that I had did a good job and I was pleased with the perm and cut. I am not impressed with the business. When I get a cut and perm I expect to have the hair styled, especially for the price I paid. Plus another operator said they don’t style after a perm because it may affect the perm. Really? I’ve had perms for over 45 years and this is the first time I’ve been told that. It’s just another way to get more money. The chair at the hair washing bowl is not ajustable with the result being the back of my shirt was soaked. I’d have not problem having Shannon do my hair but I’d rather it be somewhere else.
