I booked my son’s appt in store to make sure it was with the lady who did his hair last time and that we were her first appt so we didn’t have to wait. We arrived 20 min early and shopped around Walmart first. We Arrived on time just to be told she was double booked and since the other person arrived first they got the appt. They told us we shouldn’t have shopped around first but should have checked it.. why would we when we had an appt? Isn’t that the point of having an appt so you don’t wait around? It wasn’t first come first serve so to treat it that way was unfair and rude.They should have checked who booked first or if the other person booked online instead of in person etc and chose that way. Either way it was rude and unprofessional. No discount or any sympathy. Didn’t matter that I had 3 kids with me where as the other person was an elderly lady who had no one but herself. Did matter that I had kids at home being babysat either. Very frustrated and annoyed. Totally unprofessional.
