My stylist who worked at one of the more exspensive salons in Colorado Springs moved out of state in May of 2019. I have been struggling to find a stylist since then. I had a bad experience with a salon in Monument last November, when my appointment was canceled 3 times only to get a not great haircut for $75.00. Because of the COVID-19 quarantine I was way overdue for a cut and started calling around to find any opening. Some salons would not even answer the phone. I got a appointment with SmartStyle and was lucky enough to get Taylor. She took her time and gave me a great cut! I was thrilled with how it turned out and then shocked when the price was under $20.00! What a great experience.
