Went in at five after calling and asking if able to do my hair color with thick highlights on top. The lady at the desk said they dont do color after five. I told her I had called and was told as long as I arrived here before five. She then told me to hold on and went to speak with the manager. I could hear them talking in front of clients, stating “I don’t mind doing the color, it’s the highlight’s I’m worried about. I only scheduled me and you till five.”
