Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThis was the worse haircut experience of my life. I’m going to post before and after photos of my hair. I went in and asked for a few layers and an inch off. Jocelyn cut my hair. It took 4 hours for her to finish one haircut because she kept leaving and letting me sit while she was on her phone. Then she kept cutting it and messing it up so she went shorter and shorter. She also cut bangs without asking me if that was okay to cover her mess and didn’t say anything about it until it was too late. She turned me away from the mirror the whole time she was cutting until the very very end. I left there crying!! She also charged me $70 and tried to sell me four products on my way out to “fix my curls”. Before the cut I wanted to dye my hair ginger and she said that she was going to do it without any bleach. I said my hair was too dark to get that color without bleach and she finally did a test strand. The strand didn’t take any color at all. I just left the color the same since she already ruined my hair. Not to mention while I was there two costumers came in to complain about their hair that Jocelyn had done. She does not know what she is doing. She has ruined my confidence completely and I still cry about my hair. This was the worse haircut experience of my life. I’m going to post before and after photos of my hair. I went in and asked for a few layers and an inch off. Jocelyn cut my hair. Tangela did an amazing job she fixed my hair from a brassy orange like color to a nice Blonde color just like I wanted it She also cut and styled it very nice , Tangela really takes pride in what she does and she makes sure you get the results you want I’m so glad I went to her I will continue to get my hair done there I strongly recommend others to go as well she is so sweet , friendly and makes you comfortable while you are there .Services: Hair coloring, HairstylingI Absolutely loved the way my hair came out.
