Horrible experiences. Both of them. First time I went, the stylist was crying and upset with her boyfriend . I tried to cancel but she assured me all was fine as she hacked my hair into a total mess. I know I should have never returned for the second time. This time it was a man. So maybe it would be o.k. . Nope, even worse. I told him I wanted a layered cut at my shoulders. He cut one straight line across the middle of my back and declared himself done. I told him I wanted shoulder length. He said it would cost extra. Why??? He NEVER lifted my hair up to make layers. He cut one cut at shoulder length. Declared himself done. I asked him if he could cut my bangs. He explained to me how I could do it myself by twisting it and cutting at an angle. I knew it was bad. My family actually made fun of how horrible it turned out. Do not go to this place. Others say Laura is great, I am sure she is. but I have not had the pleasure of seeing her. You have been warned!!!!

I came in for color and highlights. Laura applied the color. Then suggested a conditioning treatment to restore moisture to my hair and strengthen it before applying highlights. I returned two days later for highlights. My hair looks great and healthy. Thanks, Laura! You’re awesome!

Wow since the real crew quits on December the salon when the drain.The service is terrible,unprofessional and unworthy of a single penny.The so call stylists don’t .know how to work and the salon is close or unattended all the time.I don’t think it will stay open for long.
