I went to dye my hair blonde and they completely messed up my hair. I have 3 different shades of blonde going on at the same time. It looks yellow-orange. My friends told me that it looks like I bleached my hair blonde a month ago from how bad it is. My hair is dry and it looks so so ugly. They didn’t even blend out the roots to the length of the hair so I just have stark black roots and immediately following yellow hair. I had even brought a reference picture and asked the woman several times if she thought it was blending properly and also for her professional opinion. Never coming back.
