This was the second and last time I will go to this place! The first time I went the lady told me that I had to make an appointment online and wouldn’t trim my hair… and the second time I made an appointment online only to have it canceled 10 minutes before I was supposed to be seen and this lady told me that she “didn’t like using the online appointment system because it wasn’t accurate to what was going on in the store” and she said there were five people ahead of me even though there was only one lady in the salon at the time… my personal opinion is that she saw that I just needed a trim and she chose the ones that were going to put more money in her pocket. Very unprofessional and the staff is typically rude and short and I will never give them my business again.

Very bad service wanted my hair colored and highlight was there for 5 hours with bleach and color on my hair very unsatisfied did not get the color I wanted hair was all dried and I left with my hair wet very bad never will I ever recommend anyone there had to cut my hair all off

I asked for haircut on two occasions was denied by the same new to me stylist . She claimed to be the manager and that she couldn’t cut my hair because she had a client coming in in 5 minutes . On the second occasions I questioned her and she was very rude and unprofessional . Not someone who should be representing a service based business. I purposely waited to see if anyone showed up. No one did. The previous stylists have been great and I always like the convenience but apparently new “Manager” does not want to provide service to walk ins.
