If you’re not Hispanic don’t waist your time and your money! I cut my hair here today and it looks awful cutting was ok but styling is so bad she did it very quickly my hair looks just awful! And she charged me extra 10$ in addition to the price on the board when I asked her why she spoke to me in Spanish!!

Scheduled an appointment for a color and cut for myself and cut for my husband. The woman that was supposed to cut my husband’s hair was rude and told him to move as he was standing by the register. So Rudy cut my husbands hair and did an AMAZING job which is the ONLY reason I’m giving two stars. Isabel was supposed to do mine but had NO IDEA what to do. From the cut to the color. The second I sat in the chair she kept asking her co worker, who was working on someone else, how to cut and color what I wanted. I was told to come Thursday for the color from someone else. Isabel kept trying to choose my haircut for me by pointing at another photo in my phone versus the one I pulled up for her to reference. I told her to stop and went to pay for the shampooing. She dragged her feet to the register, didn’t say one word, randg it up, literally flung the paper on the table, rolled her eyes and dragged her feet away. She should not be allowed anywhere in a salon. I do not recommend anyone but Rudy for male haircuts here.

I follow my stylist for the past 10 years Vanessa. She’s here now and she’s always great but the other people who work here are horrible I called to schedule appt with Vanessa and a rude woman who spoke no English answered the phone and yelled God knows what and then just hung up on me. If I didn’t know Vanessa and her great work I would NEVER come here. I figured I would complain but after reading these reviews it seems like it’ll be a waste of my time too if I bother with management…..

Worst service ever. I took my daughter for a trim. A lady who spoke little english, sprayed her hair with water and trimmed her hair. Two minutes later it was done and it didn’t even look like she trimmed anything. She charged me full price and didn’t even offer her the shampoo which is included. I called the manager and she did said okay. I was so upset and I told her hopefully she educates her employee about what she’s suppose to do. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

The haircut I got was a disaster. It was so uneven and the stylist left two layers of bangs. Then I went back and they said that the manager or the original stylist had to be there for them to fix my hair. The manager was not there and I was not going to go to work looking like crap the next day, so I had to go to Supercuts in front of Walmart to get my hair fixed. I don’t recommend them at all. The stylists from Supercuts do a much better job.
