Lauren took me right in, and was also able to give me the highlights I had been considering. She was very knowledgeable and provided a great cut for my curly hair. Had stopped going because they chopped my son hair, my wife went and left in tears she kept telling the associate that looked nothing like the picture from the beginning kept being told once it’s “styled” save yourself the money hassle and embarrassment of having a butchered haircut and do not go here I went to San Antonio and drive her to another business we barely made it open to so she could chop it all off for something called a pixie it was all they could do to fix these clowns issues
