I’ve gone to them a couple times in lumberton and Ohio I was happy with the out come. I went 4/22/2022 in silsbee and when I say the lady didn’t listen she really didn’t. I went in for a simple haircut the top of my shoulders hair cut and 1. This lady didn’t wet it or nothing 2. She cut my hair almost higher than my chinn when I asked for the top of my shoulder!! And the back oh goodness it’s choppy and trashy. Now being a waitress I tipped good alittle more over than 50 percent because I felt bad because that’s how she makes her money. But now as a waitress I do a bad job you just go home with a bad experience as a hair stylist you do a bad job that person is stuck with the results for a while! DO BETTER

Two different experiences. The first time I went the hairstyle did a good job and was super friendly. The second time I went there were me and one other person getting our haircut. The hairstylist was really fast with it, too fast! I’m all for getting in and out but for a haircut it’s a little different. I got a fade, and one side she did good but the other wasn’t faded well at all and the sides were uneven. It could have just been a bad day for one individual that day. This doesn’t give me a “for sure” opinion yet. I will come back and try again.

The first time was not so good I picked out a dark red hair color it look good while i was at salon after i left i noticed hair color all over my face ,ears, neck looked like i had been beated!! After a couple of weeks color faded and top came out brighter than rest of my hair.. i was disappointed on how the stylist let me walk out looking like that i hadn’t noticed because of the way she styled my hair..I should’ve known something was wrong when she had me turned away from mirror!! i understand she had color in her hair and had two other colors to do for friends but no excuse for that!!

Went in asking for a medium fade. The young lady faded my hair ON TOP OF MY HEAD creating a Mohawk type appearance. When she asked how I wanted the top cut, I pointed out that she went way too high on the sides. She then asked the lady next to her to finish my hair and walked off leaving me with half a haircut. This is deplorable behavior. She doesn’t need to be cutting hair much less working with people with that kind of attitude. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! I had to buy clippers and finish my own hair.
