Critical: ProfessionalismStopped in for a men’s haircut this morning… literally just left. Poor customer service!!! No one waiting, no one in there but 2 supposedly workers. I say supposedly due to if they wanted to work he would have got a haircut. The one with the bun in her hair was completely rude. So we just left as walking out heard the other girl, the one that was gonna do haircut say where is he?! The rude one says they got mad and left. Stopped in for a men’s haircut this morning… literally just left. Poor customer service!!! No one waiting, no one in there but 2 supposedly workers. I say supposedly due to if they wanted to work he would have got a haircut. The one with the bun in her hair was completely rude. I visited this place and showed them a cut asking if they could replicate the style. I explained it was my first time visiting a Smart Style. No one bothered to explain how the process works there, I expected my hair to be washed, trimmed, cut accordingly, and styled as it was in the photo. The woman cut my DRY hair without washing it, didn’t shape it, and didn’t style it. I came in with a hat on expecting to leave without wearing my hat, not the case. I came in for a FULL style and they gave me an “express cut” that was so ill cut that I had to have someone go behind and fix it once I left. Even my five year old son said “Mommy why did she mess up your hair like that?!?” No one gave me a hair consultation, no one bothered to ask what I’d done in the past, if I had a normal stylist…it was the worst salon experience I ever had. I’ll never go back. I was skeptical initially because I’m an African American woman of mixed heritage with extremely thick curly/coily hair and not everyone knows how to handle my hair…I saw several African American women working in this salon and figured I’d give it a try….MAJOR MISTAKE. Steer clear unless you an old lady (I should’ve know what was up when nothing but old folk kept walking in while I was waiting).

Horrible!! They do not even deserve a star! I went in to buy shampoo, the stylist Naiori was standing behind the counter, didn’t acknowledge me or asked if I needed help. I proceeded to check out, she STILL didn’t acknowledge me, and continued filling out some paperwork she was working on. Finally she rang up my order, never said a single word to me. Trust me, if I weren’t out of shampoo and in a hurry I would NOT have given them my business. No wonder your establishments are closing down…

Didnt get the name of the gentleman who waxed my eyebrows today but he did a great job! Better than most women that have waxed them. I was sceptical because I’ve never had a man wax them but I thought what the hay. Glad I did! Will be asking for him from now on thank you!

Do not go here…. I took my girls thinking I could get a quick trim…. Kaylee cut my youngest hair and not only cut way more off that what I asked but there is more than an inch difference from one side to another and it is so chopped up I’m going to have to take her and get it cut off just to fix what this Kaylee chick messed up. Not sure where these people get there liscence but they have no idea how to do hair!

Went in yesterday to get my eyebrows waxed. I did not get the ladies name that did them but this is my eye today. She just kept reapplying wax over and over again. Never once used twizzers to clean up just kept reapplying wax. Woke up this morning with a sore and swollen eyelid.
