I recently sent my mother in for a new look. Ms. Tammy was her stylist and we are super pleased! From the moment we walked in she was polite and gave us a real customer service experience. She greeted us and even helped us look for a style. She was so knowledgeable on the products she used on my mothers head. She was so pleased with her look. We will for sure be back! BOOK WITH TAMMY!! Took my daughter to get a wash and roller set. Before the service even started the stylist stated that my daughter’s natural curly hair was “too tight” to get straight. When the stylist took my daughter to the shampoo bowls for a wash she focused on the side of her hair closest to her. The right back side was not cleansed. At the stylist station when she began to comb out my daughter’s hair to start the style, she put a very miniscule amount of product in the hair. My daughter expressed several times that it hurt and nothing was done to remedy it. When the stylist finished rolling my daughter’s hair there were multiple rollers that had hair not completely on it. After her hair was dried and the rollers came out. I requested that she not comb it out. Spots were still damp and you could not tell her hair had been done. When we got home I comed it to a ponytail. It was definitely not the best experience we’ve had at this location.
