I will never go to the salon again this alone is located in Crosby Texas and it is privately owned which means it’s not even a part of the company it is privately and individually owned I went in and asked them to trim my hair my hair was really along it was also died a red so when I went in I talk to them I told them I wanted them to sit like trim my hair and give me some layers so my hair would be thicker now I speak English and these people were speaking Spanish I think it’s very disrespectful but if you speak a second language to not speak that in a public setting a professional setting I think it’s very disrespectful but little did they know I spoke Spanish as well and the woman who I’m assuming is the manager decided to tell me or to tell the other woman that was working that she’s leads to share my hair and that she thinks it’s funny because I’m so fat that she’s having a hard time washing my hair and that I was stupid for dyeing my hair red and that I cut my own hair and messed it up that I didn’t say anything at all about what she said continue to let her stay there and to think that I didn’t understand what she said so after we wash my hair she complains because she didn’t put gloves on when she washed my hair and send out her hands were stained red which FYI I warned her that’s gonna happen she should put gloves on not only did she complain about that in Spanish she was saying that I didn’t wash all the color out of my hair when I dyed my hair I used a temporary hair color when I dyed my hair therefore it will come out after certain amount of washes she washed my hair 4 times she Washed a lot of the color out of my Hair so then the other woman who doesn’t speak good English which I think she doesn’t need to work there if she doesn’t speak English because everyone in that area a lot of the people speak English she kept asking me how I wanted my hair cut I told her to trim it that’s all I needed it done she was even told 4 times by the manager just trimmer hair no baines no hair straighten like no straightening just blow dry your hair no chemicals put in her hair I said it like 10 times I walked in with my hair to my broad line which is almost young will bit by your shoulder blades area and I walked out with almost a Bob on my head and beings my hair color was washed out not to mention my hair had been thinned out because she thinned my hair I was passed I called to complain to the company and that’s when I found out that it was a privately owned are independently owned salon now I complain to the salon that same day I was on happy I complaint a complaint to the salon and the manager was like all I’ll just give you a free treat been I was like I’m not coming back to your salon you need to give me my money back they refused so I spent $35 when I was told 25 because I stained the manager’s hand and because I complained so they charged me more money I would never go here i wear my hair up every day now

This is a great place to get you hair done. I’ve been serviced by Destiny. I must say she has done wonders with my hair. When I first started going she made me feel so comfortable. I was having issues with my hair growth and texture and she’s saved my hair. I am extremely grateful for her and I would recommend her to anyone.

One day I passed by and saw a new face. I stopped in to ask her if she could style Natural hair. I told her I wanted a twist out and we scheduled for the next day. I went in did not have to wait. She was prepared and made me feel at ease. I have since visited the salon a few more times and Destiny always comes through for me. Now I have no good words for the other lady with the blonde hair so beware of the attitude and her work.
