Got a hair cut and style with Rebecca, a week later when I put heat on my hair by straightening it I called to let her know my hair was so choppy she couldn’t get me in on that Sunday or Monday and said she had availability that Tuesday I told her I would try to make it because I work so I couldn’t just take off especially for a hair cut. I called again and she wasn’t In. At this point I asked for my money back because I just rather go with someone else and then she said she can’t refund me because it’s been so long so now I’ll dispute the transaction and get my money back regardless and she gets a bad review for the poor and unfair service!

I have my hair colored every 2 weeks with lexi love her personality and she is very good with color i use to go to the Cleveland location but not happy with the manager or her girls. First of all if you charge for a blow dry it should be explained before you start it you dont blow dry a part of you hair and then come back with a receipt saying this us what I’m going to charge you if I blow dry your hair. Anyway glad that happened because I’ve been coming to porter ever since and I would not have met lexi. Love it won’t go anywhere else

Horrible!! My husband went in for a haircut only to get ready for an important interview. He recieved a hack job!! Chunks of hair at least 1/4 in longer. Uneven all over. The ” stylist” name is Jade. She was the only one opening on a Monday morning. If you cant handle the stress of opening then ask for a different shift. Better yet management why not schedule a more experienced employee to handle stressful times. He was also charged for a shampoo he never recieved and has declined. I have called and a manager wont be on duty until Wednesday morning. So I will be calling again.

Previous experience with a stylist was great. Really nice cut, wash & blow dry. And was charged correctly for basic $23.+ Too bad she left. Horrible experience this week. Asked for wash, trim up & blow dry. BAD cut & worse blow dry. Need a haircut now to repair the cut. Then I was charged $34.+ For for full style (curling iron never used). Won’t go again.
