I wanted a specific hair cut and approached the counter and waited. The girl at the second seat just stared at me for a moment and continued her conversation. It took 5 minutes for anyone to even approach me. They were not busy, in fact they didn’t even have a customer. When someone did approach me, she couldn’t understand English that well. That wasn’t a problem at all though. I simply showed them a picture of the hair cut I wanted which was a simple mohawk and NO ONE could/would do it.

Critical: QualityMy elderly mother came in yesterday for a cut and perm with Diana. It was her first haircut in over a year due to the pandemic. She asked for her hair to be cut first before the perm, because it had gotten so long, and she was told no. First mistake. The perm just won’t stay in if it’s done first and then cut. So Diana permed her hair. Then my mother stated that she wanted it cut to 3.5 inches all over her head. Well…I have never seen such a terrible job. My mother is horrified. In some places her hair is over 3.5 inches and in others it’s barely half an inch long! No rhyme or reason. It looks like chunks were just cut out at random. There’s hardly any hair left to put into rollers. And, of course the perm didn’t set. So there are straight pieces of hair sticking out from then curly parts all over her head. The comments and reviews are correct guys!! There are limited on haircuts. Yeah there nice, but there not as good as other places. They changed me $21.92( sanitization surcharge ) included. Last 2 weeks on a different place they charged me $15 with a better quality haircut.
