I went in recently, and this older lady was doing my hair. Don’t know her name but she seemed like she knew what she was doing. This was my first time dying the tips of my hair, and my natural hair color is black, so it had to be bleached. After it was done being bleached, it only looked like a carmel color. I didn’t think it was light enough but I decided to trust the lady.. wrong choice. My hair was supposed to be blue, and it turned GREEN. After my horrified shock and a talk with my parents, we agreed with the same lady to put more blue dye. It turned greener. I was in tears at this point. The older lady and the other hairdresser that was there took pictures to send to their manager. He told us to come in tomorrow an hour before they open. And the manager fixed my hair for free. He was very kind. 3 out of 5 stars(would of been a 1 star if they didn’t fix it for free or at all). Moral of the story? Don’t get your hair done with the older lady.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star, but I needed to in order to post. Every once in a while I decide to cut my hair. After having long hair for over 2 years, I decided to go for a short hairstyle. During my visit, Brandy started talking about how hard it was to cut curly hair and have it all looking even so she insisted on straightening it. As she was straightening my hair (which she did poorly), she had whispered that I should look into getting the comb. I asked her what comb she was talking about and she said that she saw an egg in my hair (she didn’t show me the egg that she supposedly pulled out of my hair) but she continued going. I have always had issues with dry scalp and I have dandruff. Once she was done straightening my hair, she told me that I might want to go home and straighten it the way that I like it and that if there was anything I didn’t like, I can come back and get it fixed. When I got home and straightened it, there were strands that we’re about two inches longer than the rest and you could tell that it was uneven. I went back up to the salon to get it fixed and she told me that they couldn’t fix it because she had seen the egg earlier. When I asked to speak with the other woman working, Brandy went to the back to talk to her and the lady told her that she didn’t want anything to do with it. I ended up going to another salon and when the girl looked at my hair, she found more mistakes than I thought (gaps, random layers I didn’t ask for, long strands, and uneven length). She informed me that I was the second person today who came in after getting a haircut by the same woman. Thankfully, she was able to fix my hair and she didn’t see any eggs.

Kaci was amazing i went in at 3 needing to get my eyebrows waxed and my hair bleached dyed and cut she was very nice and understand love the color and cut. Would definitely recommend seeing Kaci. She was super nice even though my hair made her stay past close.
