I had asked for an undercut & it looks like she didn’t know what she was doing. Sides are uneven. Back mullet is uneven as well. I thought it was maybe layers? But no it’s uneven. One side is longer than the other. Can’t believe she messed up my hair.

I made an appointment and came in for a simple hair cut and an all over color. The woman who did my hair had on very long sharp nails and she stabbed me a few on time on accident I’m sure but that was the first issue. Then my color was completely different than what I asked for. I wanted a red burgundy color I ended up with a light brown no traces of red. She left hair dye on my forehead and my ears she also didn’t even wash all the dye out of my hair. She didn’t even style it I left with my hair wet. I paid over a 100 dollars. Do not go here for any color services. The cut was pretty nice tho

Another great hair salon experience from Smart style Hair Salon.!! I have always had great experience when I get my hair done here and I have had a different person each time due to turnover. Kayla did a fantastic job on my cut with highlights even though she was by herself. The prices have gone up but compared to most places the price was fair. I would definitely recommend getting hair done here

This was the worst experience I ever had, the stylist ask me for a 100-$ tip. She didn’t put highlights in my hair, most of my hair is brownish reddish I wanted red highlights. Now I look like a clown. I had overpaid, on everything and the tip, that is bad. I’m not rich the stylist did the worst job. And after she send me home with wet hair, I had payed for styling nothing. Do not go to, the Hair salon inside WalMart in Lowes boulevard Killeen Texas. It was the worst of any hair salon I had ever experienced.
