Don’t go here to get a haircut!!! My sister got a haircut yesterday and when she got home she was in tears from how aweful it was. We couldn’t even comfort her because it looked like an uneven bowlcut. When she asked the stylist Vivian to fix it after seeing the final look in the mirror there was minimum effort. We took her back today and asked for a refund or adjustment to fix the hair but were met with a rude and apathetic attitude from the manager. No need to say, we are going somewhere else to get it fixed now. It was an aweful haircut or I would not have complained. If it was just a little uneven or different from the wanted pixie hairstyle it would have been fine but it looks like someone took random chops at it.

He turned the left side of my head orange and the right side a grayish purplish color when I asked for silver highlights. I went back to have it fixed and all he did was add a darker color to fix the orange. When I asked about doing the silver highlights he said that’s not what we talked about. I said that’s what I payed for and called me ridiculous. He also bad mouthed not only his customers to me but also his coworkers. I definitely should have gone with my gut when deciding to get my haircut here, but I was low on money and was really needing a haircut so thought what the heck why not. Bad mistake. I showed the guy that cut my hair a picture which was a medium bob that touched just above the shoulders. He says “ok gotcha” confidently and begins to shampoo me which sadly was the only good part of my experience. When he began to cut it started out ok but he KEPT cutting. I know I know most people will say you should have said something but I feel very strongly about letting hairstylists do their work and not badgering them and being “that” customer, plus I have never had issues with any place I’ve gone to. Low and behold he kept scissoring away almost like he was just wanting to get creative and went completely away from the picture I had shown him. Never have I ever gone somewhere to get my hair done and felt my palms grow sweaty from being nervous of the turn out. My hair is now so short it’s well over 3 inches shorter than I wanted and it’s cut right above my earlobe on one side and longer on the other and the back looks like someone let a 5 year old cut it. Needless to say I’m not happy. I highly suggest waiting just a bit longer to go to a professional place if you’re on the fence about going here. You’ll thank yourself later.
