$70!!!!!!! I can’t tell you have angry I am. She was polite but pushy. I said, I wanted a haircut, she said, okay let’s go wash your hair. I tell her I wanted the back of my pixie trimmed but not the top. I had a picture, which she barely glanced at. She cut my hair in less than 5 minutes. Looks great from the front. She never offered a mirror for me to see the back. She pressures me into shampoo and conditioner. I should have said no, but I am a push over. She rings me up $70!!!!! What did I just pay for? For cutting half my hair and not well. I should go back, you say? No receipt. She didn’t offer it to me, and since the front looked fine I didn’t think to demand it. So angry! Can I even return the shampoo and conditioner? I doubt it. You can’t complain online with a receipt # and a name of the stylist. I called the salon to get the stylists name. Her latino accent was so strong, I couldn’t understand her. Marisol maybe? I called the 1 800 #, and there was a message that repeated 5 times, tell us on our website. Useless. I can’t even get it fixed because it is already short. Great Clips was better. Haircut on 9/14/2021 between 2 and 3 o’clock. This is the stylist:
