Critical: ValueWent into this salon, customer service was amazing by the way. I wanted a specific color Dark green, with dark roots. The nice woman said I can do that. I even showed a example photo. We start the process, and the end results were completely opposite. The end results were pastel blue in the middle with highlighter green tips. They asked me if I liked it, sadly I said no. Then come to find out that they don’t have dark green at all as a item for their salon?. So I was in shock because now we are 3 hours into my appointment. End result was I have brown roots, with unevenlydyed black & purple ends. I was then given the bill of $109 for a mess up and hair that was not what I wanted. I tipped well, I’ve never been one to be disrespectful or start any issues. But I will not be coming back to this location. Went into this salon, customer service was amazing by the way. I wanted a specific color Dark green, with dark roots. The nice woman said I can do that. I even showed a example photo.
