Running short on time and I needed my hair done for my birthday. I made an appointment with Gabby with no problem. I was overwhelmed because I was running all day and when I made it to Smart Style Gabby made me feel welcomed and concerned about the style I wanted for my hair. She kept me informed of what she was doing and I really appreciated that part. Moral of the story I felt like a beauty queen for my birthday weekend and I owe it all to Gabby. This was by far the best experience I’ve had at a salon. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a very nice lady named Gabby who had all the answers from color down to the products that I needed for my hair, very professional and knowledgeable about everything. I’m always hesitant about even getting a haircut because of my natural hair, it can be difficult and it seems many stylists don’t work with curly/wavy hair regularly and always manage to mess it up. However, Rina was my stylist today and she did a-ma-zing. I’m so glad she is the one who cut my hair, she obviously has experience and knowledge and she was such a sweetheart. 10/10 would go again. Waited 20 minutes + for my son to get a haircut. Blonde lady had so much attitude and refused to cut his hair because he was moving around. What 3 year old can sit completely still?! I didn’t come in for fun or to torture anyone. If he didn’t need a haircut, I wouldn’t have come in. Better off cutting hair myself. **also, this place shouldn’t advertise children’s hair cuts if they can’t provide the service.

I called twice no answer. No Bueno. I called right when they opened and the phone just rang and rang and rang. And I called again 15 minutes later the phone rang about four times and then it went to voicemail that wasn’t set up.
