My husband was given a chopping hair cut and was charged $21.00 for it. This did not include tip, but what was so bad, the male customer before him was only charged $15. So I guess each hairstylist charges what ever they want. I would not complain for the cost, but for a 5 minute choppy hair cut…we will not be returning.

For being inside a Walmart, this place is great. There is one stylist who has never let us down, and because of her, I recommend all my friends and family to her. Her name is Mary and she is very professional, friendly, and knows everything about hair care. Prices are great which makes big tipping easy! You won’t be disappointed. I told Mary she needs to have her own salon. She is great. Place is clean and I have never had any problems.

I went and got my hair done today by a lady named Cheryl. I told her I wanted a Specific hair color and style I arrived there at 2:30 and left at 5:15 (with hair damp because she didn’t finish drying it) for me to arrive home and my hair to look horrible! It was brassy in some areas and white in some spots so I called up there. I asked if I could get my money back and the lady handled the situation poorly and rudely! I will never come back here again.

I came here because the wait at my usual spot was going to be nearly an hour. My landlord loves this place but, he is a 75 year old man stuck in his ways. Anyway, when I arrived I was told a 30 minute wait but, it might be less. So I said ok and sat down. About 15 minutes goes by and the gentlemen that arrived before me is called for his turn. Another 5 minutes passes and a stylist finishes with another gentlemen. So I figure it’s my turn…nope, she takes this lady that just walked up. From what it appeared they were friends. It was not an appointment because I heard the lady ask if there was a wait and the stylist said no come on back. Another 5 minutes or so passes and the same very stylist that checked me in takes a lady that walked in after me! She was given a 30 minute wait time however, only waited 15 minutes. I got up told the stylist forget it because I’m leaving. She told me she was sorry and I told she was right because this is sorry service.

My 94 yesr old mom was supposed to have a haircut at salon in Lindale. She likes to go there and Miss Mary always cuts her hair. She likes a neckline and pretty short. Someone else did hers ghus morning and it had been about 4 months since she had her regular cut needless to say it was a poor excuse for a cut. She also is blind in one eye and does not see very well from other. No, I didnt go back and adk them to redo…1. Because she didnt want me to cause trouble and 2. I would not have been nice about it AT all! You just lost our business after msny years if of recommending your salon NO MORE!!!!!!
