Critical: Professionalism, QualityI called on Friday morning for a hair appointment on Sunday at 10am. I asked if they did African American hair. I was told “of course”. my family had gone here to get a haircut, my dad and two brothers and they went in and got checked in and waited to get serviced. As they waited other people would walk in and ask for a haircut and they would get serviced right away and my dad went up and asked why these other people were getting serviced and not them and they lady at the counter said that’s not her problem, like yes it is, you’re the one that works there and you should be serving everyone especially if people don’t have an appointment it should be first come first serve not pick your favorite people and make people wait.

I went in for regular haircut. All I wanted was my head shaved… 0 clip. I got charged for a shampoo and cut because I had a little sweat and lady wiped my head with a small towel. No shampoo at all. $12 haircut cost me $22. She got no tip for overcharging me. Never going back there again.

New to the area, I scheduled a hair cut with a recommended, very pricey salon in the area. It was ok. It nothing special. When it came time for another trim I was shopping at Forney WalMart and stopped in the shop to schedule an appointment. Stephanie had an immediate opening and i LOVE the short, curly bob she gave me. The price and convenience were just an added bonus to Stephanie’s super skills and attention. This place is a win-win for me and I see Steph every 6-8 weeks. So lucky to have strolled in that day a few months ago.

Husband took 8 year old to get a haircut. She had hair almost to her shoulders and got a simple chin length bob. Her hair is baby fine..not thick. The lady Anna chopped up one side uneven as though she just chopped it in every direction. The other side barely looks touch. It is the most butchered hair cut I have ever seen. The only way to fix it will be to cut my daughter’s hair up to her ears. I am furious and have only been offered for them to fix it..not to have my 13.00 back so we can go elsewhere.

This place is a joke. The 2 young girls are the rudest people I’ve ever meet. I wouldn’t let them cut my enemies hair. I think they need lessons in customer service. Don’t tip them as they don’t deserve it. The only tip i give them is find another career because u stink at this one.
