I went in when she opened with EXTREMELY matted hair. She was very professional and patient. I also had her color my hair as well. When she finished, my hair was so soft. I have never had such soft hair from any other hair stylist. I would highly recommend her, and will definitely be going back. I was VERY satisfied with the service I received from hair stylist Laura on January 10, 2022. I went in when she opened with EXTREMELY matted hair. She was very professional and patient. I also had her color my hair as well. When she finished, my hair was so soft. I have never had such soft hair from any other hair stylist. I would highly recommend her, and will definitely be going back. Please pass this on to her.

Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment and the hair stylist, she acted like I didn’t have an appointment at all and after going back and forth saying I did she finally remembered and told me to come back in another 30 minutes, she gave me attitude and after wondering around for 30 minutes I came back and she told me she didn’t have time for me. I made an appointment and the hair stylist, she acted like I didn’t have an appointment at all and after going back and forth saying I did she finally remembered and told me to come back in another 30 minutes, she gave me attitude and after wondering around for 30 minutes I came back and she told me she didn’t have time for me. It would’ve be fine if she would have said that when I came in but sending me out to wait 30 minutes for nothing made me upset.

Critical: ProfessionalismI am a stylist, and an instructor who has very thick hair and needed help applying color, so I walked in one is eating in the salon while the manager is sitting in the chair and immediately looks up at me to say, do you have a mask ? it’s the law !! It was in a very demanding tone, however further in the conversation she subsided that tone and was nice. They proceeded to tell me that the manager doesn’t do color allergic or some reason, and the one eating kept maintaining that she didn’t have time while she kept eating! Omg! Unsanitary! I asked if they had Ola Plex which was a no! It would seem the salon needs to be more well equipped for chemicals and color as I was wanting blonde… I could have told them the formula to use, it just felt like no one had time for me! Seemed like no one Could be bothered or inconvenience to do my hair! Yes, I have very, very dark hair, it’s black!! However you can’t mess up my hair I am a stylist myself! I would’ve assumed a manager and /or anyone really would have suggested some highlights or anything other than shoeing me away with I don’t have time I leave in two hours and the manager just sitting there nodding the whole time this Stylist Laura is looking at the clock while she’s still eating !! I am a stylist, and an instructor who has very thick hair and needed help applying color, so I walked in one is eating in the salon while the manager is sitting in the chair and immediately looks up at me to say, do you have a mask ? it’s the law !!
