For the price they charge, the quality and service was not bad at all. Want to have cheaper and better cut, go to Taiwan where a hair cut is normally about $3 U.S. and the result would be very satisfying. I used to be a model in Europe and I have fine tastes. I was gladly surprised when I found Ms Tsion at your store in Mckinney. I never tried a hair salon in a Walmart before being in this area. I am very pleased you have an asset like Tsion and I hope that the management is aware of the quality of her professionality, skills and excellent customer service. She was not only on top of my needs but also of every single guests she had in the store waiting. She was the only worker on New Year’s Eve dealing with the phone ringing and customers questions. I traveled a lot and I have been in prestigious spas and hair salons, rarely I saw a gentle and talented individual like her. Tsion is adding a touch of high-end class in your store. Bad place to get a hair cut. I specifically said where I wanted my fade to start and immediately the clippers went way to high. I did not want a military buzz cut but that is basically what I got. To make matters worse, the sides are uneven by about an inch. Skill level here is very low.
