All I did was ask how much it was for my daughter to get a shampoo and cut. The woman replied with the price. I said ok and turned around to leave. She said, are you going to come in. I said no, I’m going to go because I have frozen groceries. She said, Oh that’s a good excuse. (Sarcastically) I said, well it wasn’t an excuse. All that wasn’t needed to be said. I am actually asking around different places for customer service and pricing. Now though, even if SmartStyle was the best price I would not go here. Yall have a great day though.

I just went in here today to buy some shampoo and conditioner and the gate door was open and the guy that works in the salon was talking to a customer and as I’m looking at the shampoo that I was wanting to purchase, when he finally stopped talking and noticed me, he said they were closed, and this was at 5:40pm. And online it says they stay open till 7pm. And he wasn’t very friendly.!

The stylist Brandy did a great job on my hair! It has body, looks and feels great. Thank you Ms. Brandy for a wonderful job. However, it would be nice to get a bottle of water when you come in. The owner wanted Brandy to leave for a meeting in the middle of doing my hair, & wanted some other woman to do it. Oh no, never. What happened to good customer service??? I even asked to speak with the owner and she refused to come back to the salon to speak with me. HOW RUDE OF THE OWNER!!! (Ms. Brandy started and she can finish the job. Again, thank you Ms. Brandy for my silky curls!!!!!!
