Tiffany is a JOKE, she has the worst attitude ever. So rude and hateful. She goes against what you want and does what SHE wants! Claims to be a hair dresser for 28 years but her experience is lacking in the worst way. If you want your hair done go ELSEWHERE!!!! Or you won’t have any! Make sure to wear a shirt you don’t care about if you get your hair bleached + colored here. They ruined the black shirt I was wearing at the time by somehow managing to get bleach on the back of it. The service was bad as well, the woman kept randomly leaving even though she hadn’t finished getting the bleach on my hair, which is very short. I wouldn’t have tipped if I had noticed she wrecked my shirt! Will not return.

My 11 year old wanted a pixie cut with an undercut. I showed Staci a few pictures and she absolutely butchered her hair. She went from having a grown out pixie to looking like an 80 year old that needs a manager. Hopefully another salon can fix it later today. The lady with the locs did a great job on my boy’s hair though. She’s the only reason for an extra star.

Staci did my husbands hair and didn’t do it the way he said to do it. He asked for a cut on both sides of his head and a fade going to the top, he didn’t say cut the top and she cut the top of his hair. She was scattered brained. She was constantly dropping stuff. She didn’t know how to use a 0 blade so Tresten had to come take over. Tresten told her he was going to show her and she went to the front and got on Facebook. She’s very unprofessional.

Just went there today, STACI cut my hair I just said trim it didn’t say layered it, I even said wait cuz she was doing it wrong then she said I’ll see the result soon but yep seen a terrible result and it went crooked & cut a lot of hair and it was layered.
