Brought my 2yr old in for a haircut. I asked for someone experienced doing toddler haircuts. The lady I got seemed to dislike kids and had a terrible attitude. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with smartstyle. There seems to be a lack of communication between employees and management. I suggest calling ahead and not booking online or they’re rather rude. Now the woman who ended up cutting my hair an hour after my scheduled time was sweet and did a great job.
