Standard for a wash and trim, probably even just chopping off a few inches of hair. But the stylist (Amanda I believe) didn’t ask how long I wanted my layers (really doesn’t even feel like there’s layers in my hair anyways) to be nor how short I wanted the underside of my hair buzzed. The stylist looked really new so I’m hoping she’ll get better at asking clarifying questions from her customers. I’d be careful about getting layers here and explicitly say how long you want them.

I guess I should have read the reviews before going. But she did not fully brush my hair out before cutting it. She told me she was tired from the person before me because she had just got done putting highlights in her hair. I had to brush my own hair. She made me help her brush my hair. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI hate to say this but Kayla not good at all. 1st, who leaves bleach in for 3 hours. 2nd, since the bleach was on for that long, there should be no blotches of brown in with the color. Plus the hair is shorter on the underside and it was never touched. We was there for over 5 hours.
