I arrived at this establishment for my appointment time (615 pm). There was another lady in there that said she’d been waiting almost an hour with an appointment.. she got up and left because the hairdresser Shannon took a walk in. Both of us having appointments that was a little insulting. I will not be frequenting this business again.

I tried to use this business. I had a 5:30 appointment little bit later than I wanted but it was okay I had some shopping to do in Walmart. I was up there at 5:30 waiting didn’t finish shopping yet she says mam there’s going to be a little bit of a wait there’s two people ahead of you. So I said all right I said so an appointment doesn’t mean much does it? She took care of three people and then another lady walked in that had an appointment and she sat there with me waiting .. while somebody walked into the door and she took care of that person first. Adding insult to injury I really do not think I’ll be going back there. She asked me if I wanted to reschedule an appointment I said well I scheduled an appointment doesn’t seem to be fruitful did it ?after I waited there an hour and 15 minutes I decided to leave so now I have to make time out of my day tomorrow to try to get a haircut somewhere else. Very unprofessional I know these people work on tips, she was all excited about it being busy , and she was the only one there yet she didn’t honor to customers that were already sitting there. Terrible service, I would suggest nobody go in there and get waited on by Shannon.. if she couldn’t handle the load she just simply should have said ma’am I can’t take you tonight instead of making me sit there and then offending me by taking somebody that’s literally just walked in…

I went there with an understanding of being able to dye my hair a fushcia color and they was out of that color so we decided magenta they happened to only have one tube of it so couldn’t do that color(stupid shipment issues everywhere) so my stylist Kaitlyn asked how I felt about a violet color I said sure why not. I absolutely love it! I’ve had so many compliments on it as well! I will most surely use her again!!!

Made an appointment online. Checked in online and sit down. Then I overheard the stylist telling someone who just walked up that she is the only one there and that the online app booked appointments for 3 stylist that morning. She told her 30 minutes. I walked up next and told her I had already checked in and had been waiting. She said the other woman had a 10am appt. I also had a 10am appointment. She took the woman who checked in after me first. Don’t use the online appointment app. They know it is messed up and don’t care.

(Cut and highlights) I called everywhere that was opened around where I lived and they were all booked for months. I drove 1 1/2 hours so I could get my hair done.
