This place always has an issue. If the staff isn’t rude they are busy sitting in chairs on the phone informing you they are “booked up” for they day. The few times that I have made it in the get a hair cut I have to repeat what I want several times. The time she cut my hair on top with a number 2 guard, because I didn’t catch her in time when I told her I just wanted a trim. Maybe it was the time I was charge 3 times for a hair cut, because she rang it up wrong. Or maybe the time that I came in at 9:30 am and the store is still closed. I would rather wait an hour at another haircut place then wait 15 minutes here again. Just to be told we are “booked up”

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI made an appointment for 10an. I was a tad late because I had to go get a mask since needing one isn’t advertised. I came back, the stylist wasn’t doing anything and no one else was there and she said she had a perm to do, I guess on an invisible client. I told her I just needed the sides and back of my already short pixie cut trimmed. She said she couldn’t get to me until 12. Why make an appointment if they don’t honor it? I came back, the stylist wasn’t doing anything and no one else was there and she said she had a perm to do, I guess on an invisible client. I got my hair cut at Walmart in tahlequah and it’s uneven and I’m absolutely disgusted with it. And when I went back in to have them fix it she kept saying what do you want me to do. I will never bring my family back to this salon. My hair is so un even.

The hair stylist was Lauren and she was rough with my moms hair and when we went to complain the manager said she was the highest we could go with the complaint and she could make her hair darker to cover the grey and would not listen the the customer my mom did not want dark hair!! I will never use this salon again, just not professional and they don’t listen to the their customers, they had us come in and make a complaint and my mom is disabled and in a wheelchair with oxygen, the manger was not sympathetic or compassionate or tried to listen to my mom and my mom left crying just not a good experience at all!!! I paid to have a professional hair color for my mom for her birthday and they didn’t blend the color or cover they gray was charged $80 for nothing!
