Have been coming here for years. Have seen many stylists come and go. The current ones running it during the evenings are the worse. Lazy, snobby and snarky. Was told it’d be an hour wait. No problem. Came back an hour later and told it’d be another hour wait. Should’ve actually checked the schedule rather than just blurting out a time. Bad part is this is the second time in less than a weeks time that I’ve came back and been turned away or not given an actual wait time for an appointment. Both times with terrible attitudes

Critical: ValueI needed a hair cut, because I haven’t been in over a year, my hair needed a health cut. So me and my daughter went in. My daughters hair cut is ok, but mine Im not happy with, Mara wet my hair cut it, but she didn’t dry it and apparently didnt make sure everything was even, because I straightened my hair the next morning and I have a lot of hair way shorter then the rest of my hair!!
