The lady that cutt my hair was super sweet and nice. However it was not a good experience. I left with my hair uneven, one side was longer than the other. I called on Saturday to see if I could have a refund so i can get it fixed else where, the manager said no you can come in and we can fix it(which is okay i understood) went in she wasn’t willing to hear me out, everytime I tried to say something she’d come back defensive. She said she didn’t see the problem in the photo, and was super dismissive. I usually get my hair cutt here and im always happy with it. Wish I had taken more pictures. Really is a bummer, positives is that the manager had the employees back. Negative my hair.

Denice was absolutely amazing!!! Sweet and patient and done a great job. All the way from waxing for both me and my daughter to the haircut for both my son and daughter. My daughter was over the top excited about the cut Denice done for her. Another plus for us her was the price of the waxing was half the price of local competitors and over prices were fairly cheap and the service was amazing! Thank ya’ll for helping me get my kids ready for a new school year!!

I visited this location for the first time earlier this year to get a hair cut for an elderly family member who is suffering from the onset of dementia. Our stylist was Denice. Denice not only gave my family member one of the best haircuts I’ve ever seen on her, but she was also extremely patient and understanding of the situation. I rarely find excellent prices, perfect customer service, and outstanding talent all in one location. Denice is fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend her! ❤️

They charged me an extra $10 for cutting my daughter’s hair and didn’t tell me about the upcharge until after her hair was cut. The supervisor refused to do anything. She got a straight across basic haircut and it got thinned. No shampoo service was done at all and again, NOBODY informed me it would cost an extra $10 that I did not have to get her hair cut. I didn’t have the extra $10 so I wouldn’t have gotten her hair cut here if I’d known it was going to cost extra. I had no choice and so I had to take $10 out of my already small amount of grocery money to pay for something without me being able to say no.
