The stylist was lovely (Victoria). I must admit I’ve had very bad dealings go on there, various terrible hair cuts. All simple hair cuts too, on 2 occasions alone someone else had to come repair simple mohawks. I was thrilled that she started this one off with prep work too ^.^ I felt like I was in good hands from the start. Now the reason it isn’t a 5 star is this other woman none stop interrupted the hair cut with various different things. One thing I noticed if she simply took down a message and waited for an appropriate time, it solved itself. Something as small as a feather duster in such a small store she could have found herself and not interrupted twice then cause a scene. Very unprofessional.

Lady working had the person in front of us sit in the chair covered in hair. There was hair all around the chair on the floor. And not just from 1 head. When it was our turn, my grandson was getting his hair cut, she said go ahead and have a seat. I said no I don’t want them sitting in all that hair. She said there’s no hair on the chair it all falls on the cover they put over people. I pointed to all the hair, there was ALOT!! And I said I don’t want to step on all the hair either. She grabbed a broom and said she was gonna sweep the entire floor. Being rude because I spoke up. It was GROSS!!! She did nothing but complain. We were there @ 5pm and she closed the cage and wouldn’t take anyone else. And said she sent the other worker home. I saw she’s still there yesterday. My family and I will never go back and I do not recommend. It was $18 for a child’s haircut.

A week ago I called and scheduled an appappointment for August 30th. I arrived 10 minutes early to find the salon had been closed early at 2, without being notified beforehand. I live about 5 or 6 miles from this store. So I went out of my way to come here, only for it to be a huge waste of time. I loved Nadeen. She was always polite and helpful. My hair is thinning and she was able to help me with a style that made it look full again. I walked in last weekend and i was told she went somewhere else. I was told they wouldn’t tell me where. My daughter needed her hair trimmed and there were 2 employees there. They said it would be 45 minutes. The one lady was working her butt off while the other one sat and did nothing. There were 3 people waiting and all the other lady said was it’s up to her if she can do it. VERY RUDE PERSON!!!! We waited a while then left.Get more and better help!!! I won’t go back. And hopefully I’ll find out where Nadeen is.
