Not going back ever, I thought our hair looked good so I paid and left. Got home and I could see it was awful. This has happened several times. This time is the last time we will ever go. I cut my hair better my self. The lady kept talking to other people and not paying attention. We only got hair cuts. Wanted my sons hair to be cute for school. Ended up using clippers and cutting it super short to hide what was done. I made a 30 min drive here not worth going back to get it fixed.
