Went in for a wax, just to clean up my brows the stylist Jessica took off most of my eyebrows and changed the look of my brows completely and they are not even,, loose hair everywhere, when I asked her to at least clean those up, states “I can’t get them” bought tweezer they came out no issue because they were so LONG!!! I normally have great experiences with smartstyle!! Worst experiences EVERRRR!!!

I am new to the area.. I couldn’t find anyone to get me in that week.So while I was at Walmart, I thought what the hell I I can’t look any worse.. I’ve always thought the salons in Walmart would be lower quality for some reason… So I stopped and spoke with Jessica about the issues with my hair.. I really didn’t know what I wanted because as I get older the color and texture of my hair is different.. She gave me some really great advice and did alot to my hair.. My hair looks so nice now. , . The worst haircut I’ve EVER recieved. I told her I wanted a longer, almost A line just a tad longer in front, with my hair still lower than my chest. I also showed her the picture 5 different times. My hair was over 29 inches long, I told her I wanted 4 maybe 5 inches cut off (to cut off dead ends). So when I got up and asked how much was actually cut, because it felt wayyy short, she said she had cut over 12 inches off. The back is choppy and she completely butchered my hair. Would not recommend this place to anyone, as the first time I went they messed it up as well. Decided to give it another try, and realized my mistake way too late. I was also going to my sisters wedding later that day so it was very upsetting.

After my wife spent 4 hours in a chair there they stuck her with a $200 after the stylist kept doing more stuff to her hair and all she went in for was a cut and about 7 highlights. According to there online pricing guide that should have cost less than $100. My wife is quiet and non-confrintational and I think they took advantage of her because I was not allowed in.

Critical: ProfessionalismI have never been treated as poorly by any other place of business. My daughter is 14 and tried to dye her own hair. Well she burned her hair off so we were only looking for a cut. My daughter is obviously upset about her hair and when I asked if they could get her in the hair stylist showed no remorse andshe she didn’t have time. She did not care at all! I iunderstad tny were bust but when.i asked if she ha d any recommendations of a place to go here in enid she said she didn’t have any. Poor customer service skills and flat out heartless and rude.
