Critical: Quality, ValueI just moved to the area about a month ago & needed a cut. About 2 weeks ago, I made an appt. The lady cutting my hair was nice, but I wasn’t happy with the finished look. I got home from my haircut & my husband asked me what I did with my hair. He showed me the back and I didn’t realize it was cut like that. There were also uneven pieces everywhere. I just moved to the area about a month ago & needed a cut. About 2 weeks ago, I made an appt. The lady cutting my hair was nice, but I wasn’t happy with the finished look. I got home from my haircut & my husband asked me what I did with my hair. He showed me the back and I didn’t realize it was cut like that. There were also uneven pieces everywhere. Didn’t look to bad but Amanda cut a chunk out of my hair cutting over my right ear with her clippers, my husband noticed it after I got home & left side is longer, right side was to short. But if was extremely long when she cut it but I did show her a picture of me with the haircut I wanted. This is how I usually get it cut, second photo is now. Can’t be fixed it to rhe scalp above my right ear, it will have to grow

I got my eyebrows waxed here. They literally tore the skin off both eyebrows. When I went back to speak with the manager, she had just left. They called her and she said she’d come back in 20 minutes. Almost 2 hours later she called and said give her 20 more minutes, but at that point I didn’t trust that she’d actually be 20 minutes. I came back the next morning and she refunded the wax. Nothing more, not the gas I used to come multiple times or the cream I had to buy to treat my eyebrows due to the sores. I now have scars, would not recommend.

I called and made a hair cut appt for my daughter with Christina for 330 today she said ok. My daughter and I arrived and I said we had a hair appt Stephen said it would be a wait because another stylist was doing a color and he was on break at 330. We literally drove from the other side of town and was still told to wait after making an appt. He continued to say that the morning staff makes appts and I cut him off and told him that I called at 3 pm and spoke to Christina.

Went to get my hair cut and was told she had other appts. No other customer was there in the place for over an hour. Your employee was just standing around. I guess you hire people that don’t want to work or make money for your business. Sorry customer service. I suggest you hire professionals instead deadbeats. I will never go there again.
