Haircut was ok. Upon check in I selected the express cut for $20. After the cut I was told the express cut was a buzz cut so I had to pay $25. The regular cut includes shampoo which I did not receive. Poor customer service.

They butchered by husbands’ hair and forcibly upsold unnecessary things. Absolutely terrible experience. To be clear, it was the lady in the back left. The one in the back right, next to the sinks, was fine and just doing what the other lady said. The back left one came and chopped off inches of my husbands hair without a care in the world, then LEFT. She told me I had to have my hair washed, or they wouldn’t cut it. I washed it myself before coming. I’m autistic and being touched makes me sick and is very painful. I’ll be calling corporate today. While I’m pretty sure the back left lady lied about the wash being a requirement, if it is a policy, it needs to be changed. This place is not neurodivergent friendly and the back left lady is especially terrible.

I had such a great experience with Misty, I was scared too much hair would be cut but she did perfect! I love how my hair turned out. Very entertaining and happy environment. She even gave me a deep conditioning for free! (along with some very cute earrings as a gift!) Overall great experience i’ll definitely be coming back!

I took my son to get his hair cut. I called to make an appointment and they said no Appointment necessary, just walk in and they would take care of him. I showed the stylist a picture of what my son wanted and she looked at the picture 1 time, and his hair didn’t look anything like the picture. She took a lot more hair off than in the picture and shaved the sides bald and wasn’t able to put a line on the side of his head due to their being no hair to cut on the sides. The lady cutting his hair was really nice, but they over charged me even after I gave her a tip.
