Positive: Professionalism, QualityI made an appointment and went in to get a haircut with Kylee. She did such an amazing job and she was so professional with great people skills. She not only cut my hair well, but she made me feel welcome and comfortable in that chair. She made sure to tell me about the deals going on and to promote what products she used on my hair. I really enjoyed my visit, so much that I told my boyfriend to go back to this place and get his haircut too. He was very pleased with his haircut as well, and Kylee was the one who did it. She made us feel special, and that’s what a hair dresser should do. I made an appointment and went in to get a haircut with Kylee. She did such an amazing job and she was so professional with great people skills. She not only cut my hair well, but she made me feel welcome and comfortable in that chair. She made sure to tell me about the deals going on and to promote what products she used on my hair. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThey didn’t want to take the time to cut my 1 year olds hair the right way. The hair stylist decided she was done and walked away because my son was getting hungry since they made us wait 20 minutes before cutting the other side of his head. Now he’s left with uneven hair on top and they didn’t even bother with the back of it so it’s still long. She also told me that she pulled his hair cause he was moving when she was trying to cut it and he was crying, not to mention the attitude she had the entire time. They didn’t want to take the time to cut my 1 year olds hair the right way. The hair stylist decided she was done and walked away because my son was getting hungry since they made us wait 20 minutes before cutting the other side of his head. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBoth my daughter and I had our hair cuts, highlighted and styled. Alexa worked on my daughters while Kelsey did mine. Was great and fun filled hair therapy day for all. Great work, much enjoyed and know we will be returning again.
