She took time to ask what he wanted and interacted with him so that he was sitting still for her to give him a great cut. Her hair is so thick, when I talked with the hairdresser she listened so well and I let her know the highlights of what we were hoping to accomplish, and then I went and sat down and she did so good! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAshley was so rude as soon as I walked through the door,instead of telling me they require a mask she was yelling “get back get back!!” So i went and bought one..I showed her the picture I liked and she said if I wanted it then I was “going to have to pay for it.” Assuming I didn’t have the money or trying to punish me for not coming with a mask on. she proceeded to pound the calculator spouting off everything that needed to be done and how it was all specialty and it was going to take a long time like I’m some kind of inconvenience and a poor person who can’t afford it..and I should have called instead of making my appointment online. I felt so belittled. I went to my car and cryed.
