Whoever worked Sunday August 13th. Butchered my son’s hair to the point that could not be fixed by another stylist. I am appalled that they hire people that have no clue how to give a haircut. His stepmom got her money back for both her son and mines haircuts but that doesn’t help my boys hair look better. I am disgusted by these people you consider are stylists. Let me insert a picture of my son’s hair and this is just one spot out of the many that looks ridiculous. Beware..they can’t DO HAIR!!

My daughter got her hair cut today… the stylist was very friendly however seemed to be very new a cutting hair…she did get an OK haircut however it wasn’t the cut that we wanted…I think the stylist knew that she didnt cut the back right so she wanted to puff up my daughter’s hair to hide it…like I said the cut is just OK….i will be going else where tho…

The hair stylist did great on my daughters hair. The part i dont agree with is them charging 3.94 cents for each client for sanitation due to covid. So your telling me the 1 lysol wipe the hair dresser used to wipe down the hair and table cost 3.94 per person. Kinda seems like price gouging. Also shouldnt a company that cares about their clients want to keep with safe without making them pay for it?

My husband had a bad hair cut yester day and I brought my to boys today and my 11 year old look like his hair is all kinds of uneven on the top and my 15 year old is very upset with his and we have been going to smart styles for years and never been so dissatisfied the goid cutter are gone now. Need better hair cutters their. I figured with my boys today and to use someone different would be better than my husband but it was worse.

Got a hair cut yesterday morning 5/26/2018 I can honestly say it was the worst haircut I’ve ever had , I believe the stylist didn’t have time for me or had little experience in cutting hair.
