Just got my cut done and while the cut looks alright, the stylist was less than helpful. When I would ask a question about my style, she offered no advice and would basically say “I don’t know.” She did not talk much, which doesn’t really bother me but she was just rude. Said thank you and she just kind of chuckled. I did not need a shampoo so did not ask for one but they still charged me 18 bucks for the cut and shampoo when it was just a spray and trim job. She said that the 15 dollar express cut was just for buzz cuts when the website says nothing like that, just that it’s a spray and cut and even pictures a woman with long hair on the page so I think they lied to me. Ok cut, bad service.
