Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got my hair cut here today. I brought photos with me if the cut I wanted. I am not sure what the heck she was thinking but she ruined my hair. Blunt cut all the way. I look like I have a moth eaten mom Bob. She kept arguing with me and telling me how pretty she got it and she didn’t know why I was upset. Then told me maybe if I got it dyed it would look better. Maybe if she got her boyfriend out of the shop or got off her phone (left my head in the sink while she took a personal call) she could have done a half decent cut. I went for a haircut yesterday and Sydney was who helped me. She gave me the best head massage. She gave me the cut and I went home and styled it myself. I noticed things I wasn’t happy about so I went back the next morning. Sydney was glad to help me and noticed my problem right away. I wear a deep side part and that made the other side of my hair have more bulk. She thinned and blended the layers on that side and made my hair look amazing! I WILL be going back to see her!!
