Terrible experience. I asked for a trim and the lady cut 6 inches off. I had my glasses off so I couldn’t see what she was doing. Then it wasn’t even straight and I had to go to someone else to fix it. I left a message and the manager didn’t call me back, then I had to call again and she said she would get in touch with the general manager and see what they wanted to do. I asked when, and was told ‘whenever she gets back to me.’

After my first cut with Suzy, I knew I would be going back because she knew how to cut naturally curly/wavy hair with a cowlick and layers. She cuts the hair when it’s dry so she can see how the hair falls as she cuts. She asks me about length as she goes, so I know she is doing what I want. She is great at framing and taming the waves around my face and thinning it to reduce the heaviness. Now I’ve gone twice and am very happy!

I went today to get my sons haircut (this being only his second experience) and let’s just say he was a handful. The lady cutting his hair was very respectful and gave my son his space it took an hour but she didn’t mind. Even with my son throwing a fit and moving around the way he did she done very well getting what I was wanting. Highly recommend going here if you have kids!
