I came in this morning with an appointment scheduled at 10am and there was only one hair stylist who was with a customer which I had to wait for a few minutes which wasn’t really an inconvenience because the stylist was so friendly! It is always an ordeal visiting the salon. They have a site to schedule appointments and even though you make an appointment you have to wait anytime between 20 minutes to more than 1 hour to get the haircut. Have felt that they are not transparent with how many people are ahead of you and probably taking people in according to their whims and fancies basically racist mentality. Have tried calling up their number to share feedback however haven’t seen any improvement in their service. We just go there because we shop at Walmart. This is a screenshot of the appointment made today for 4:00 pm and they were keeping on telling us 15 minutes wait each time we enquired. Not attended to till 5:15 pm.

My husband took me to get my hair done and a sweet lady who understood saved my hair she was sweet and caring and reassured me everything will get better I was so embarrassed but she made me feel alive again and everything truly would be ok I wish I remembered her name.
