My mom took my 2 little boys to get their haircut and my youngest looks awful. No blending, choppy, had to go back over with clippers on the sides myself because it was so sloppy, had to redo the whole haircut because he looked so bad. My older sons isn’t much better but it’ll do. If my youngest would have cut his hair himself it would’ve come out better than the hack job they did. My mom said the manager was rude also. If I could give negative stars I would. Will never be returning. Will be seeking refund. Will be calling corporate. This is absolutely unacceptable. And the worst part is school starts tomorrow so I couldn’t just take him to get it fixed. Mad is an understatement. But I guess that’s what you get with smart style.

They were able to work me in pretty quickly even though I didn’t have an appointment. The lady did good on my hair cut which I’d asked for a high and tight. Except she didn’t cut it as high as I wanted. Without asking or giving me a chance to tell her if like it a little higher. She took the apron off and was done.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in for what I thought would be a simple haircut. B as we will call her who was my stylist shaved my sides (which I see when I get home wasn’t done very well) and I asked for a little thinning to be done. The “thinning” turned out to be butchering as she just kept thinning my hair while saying “I dont want to make it too thin while she continues to thin it”. I said I dont want my length to be drastically affected and she just kept taking more and more. So my hair is now varying lengths and does not look good. I’ve never been so angry and upset about a haircut before. I dont recommend them for a haircut or any type of service and B needs to go back to school because she should not be cutting hair! B as we will call her who was my stylist shaved my sides (which I see when I get home wasn’t done very well) and I asked for a little thinning to be done.
