I was looking for a place in mnt home that can fade, as I have been having to take my mixed very curly headed son up to Rockford IL every other month to get his hair faded. I came across this horrible hack job apparently some one thought was a man’s fade when I clicked on your site. I couldn’t help but comment, noone in their right mind could possibly think this was okay!!! Nothing is even and big pieces of hair just randomly cut off…no worries about lines cuz there are none. Looks like I’ll be trying the barbershop because my experience looking at your guy’s picture ls was horrifying and I had to say so.

Val washes, cuts and styles my mother’s hair. She also cuts mine. She’s very thorough and does a great job. She is closest to the register/phone so she has to walk away and deal with other customers, but she gets back to her customer as quickly as possible. She’s professional and friendly. My mom has issues with her words often and is forgetful but Val is extremely patient with her. The other stylists are always polite to her as well. Finally, Val let me know about a skin discoloration on my mother’s scalp that I would not have known about. We’ve been to a dermatologist who is in the process of treating her. It may end up being nothing but it we’ll know now thanks to Val bringing it to my attention.

Brought my 90 year old wheelchair bound mom in for a hair cut. The stylist did nothing but complain how her back hurt. She was clearly unhappy she had to work on someone in a wheel chair. She was irritated at any employee that spoke to her. Rolling her eyes. When we asked for a little more off she was unhappy that we asked. Upon finishing she did nothing to wipe any hair from mom’s neck or clothes. I have had some wonderful stylist there but this girl has no business dealing with customers with such an bad attitude

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was quoted a price the week before my appointment. I wanted all over color. My goal was to cover gray. When I got my bill it was $120!!!!! I didn’t even get a haircut!! The price I was quoted was $74. So many extras were tacked on that should have all been in the original price. I complained to the girl in charge and she said well she charged you everything right! Even the extra $22 for cutting my hair that she didn’t even do!!! Isn’t a trim, washing, blow drying and maybe a little straightening included in every color appointment you’ve ever had?? It has for me!! Who would ever dream you’d be charged $120 at Walmart!! Do not ever go here!! They will rob you blind!! Oh I forgot to mention the girl ruined a very expensive shirt by getting black color all over the back of my shirt that can’t be replaced. Worst place ever!!
